If you’re unsure, contact EAD to discuss your goals. The service list includes discovery calls for injury and training, as well as injury rehabilitation, sports massage, a Full Body MOT and personal training.

What is the difference between an initial and follow-up injury rehabilitation session?

Both are injury rehabilitation services. The initial session is listed separately from follow-up sessions; contact EAD if you’re unsure which is right for you.

Can I book a sports massage or Full Body MOT if I’m not recovering from an injury?

Sports massage and Full Body MOT are available services. Contact EAD to discuss what you’re looking for and which option may suit you.

Is parking available, and can I bring my pet?
